Fountyn Acupuncture (“Fountyn Acupuncture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates fountynacupuncture.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of our Site and is designed to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

Information you provide to us: your name, email address, phone number, and any message you submit through our contact form, new patient waitlist, or similar forms; insurance information you choose to share with us; and appointment, intake, and health-related information you provide when booking or completing intake paperwork through our scheduling partner, Jane App.

Information collected automatically: when you browse our Site, we (and the third-party services below) may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Third Parties Who May Collect or Receive Information

We share information, or allow the following third parties to collect information directly, in order to run our Site and business:

  • Jane App — our scheduling and patient-intake platform

  • Stripe — payment processing (we do not store your full card number)

  • Squarespace — our website hosting platform

  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) — site analytics and advertising

  • Meta (Facebook Pixel) — advertising

  • Microsoft (Bing Ads) — advertising

    Impact — affiliate and marketing tracking

We do not sell your personal information. Some of the services above may, on their own, collect information about your browsing activity across other websites over time for advertising purposes.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiries; schedule, manage, and remind you about appointments; process payments; send you information you’ve requested (including appointment or marketing communications, where you’ve agreed to receive them); and to maintain and improve our Site.

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, as described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
